JA Be Entrepreneurial® is a reimagined, modular learning experience that teaches students about the mindset and the skills needed for success by aspiring entrepreneurs and innovators who add value to any organization. In JA Creative Problem Solving, students learn and apply design thinking, an innovative process for problem solving used by entrepreneurs (and intrapreneurs) to brainstorm customer-centric ideas. JA Career Success®
JA Career Success® is an engaging and comprehensive learning experience that introduces high school students to the workplace. As interns, students participate in realistic work experiences in multiple departments of a fictional company, Orbit Boom. The learning experience teaches soft skills and business best practices in the context of scenarios and assignments. The learning experience consists of seven 45-minute sessions and 10 optional sessions. (Grades 9-12)

JA Finance Park® Entry Level
JA Finance Park® is Junior Achievement's capstone program for personal financial planning and career exploration. At the culmination of this teacher-led program, students visit JA Finance Park, a realistic on-site or virtual community, to put into practice what they've learned by developing and committing to a personal budget. JA Inspire® Advanced
JA Inspire® Advanced is more than a career fair. It brings together the business community and local schools and is designed to help launch teens and young adults into their future - postsecondary education and their careers. The program consists of three segments: (1) pre-event career-oriented sessions; (2) the JA Inspire event, and (3) a post-event reflection. The JA Inspire event (in-person, virtual, or both) provides participants a powerful way to learn about real-world career opportunities and their local economy.

JA It's My Job® (Soft Skills) will help students understand the value of professional communication and soft skills, making them more employable to future employers across multiple career clusters. JA of Cleveland Stock Market Challenge
This program helps students to prepare to invest and be comfortable with increasing their knowledge of investing in the stock market culminating in participating in the Stock Market Challenge event competition.This interactive program made up of five 45-minute classroom sessions that introduce students to the stock market and allows them to discover the benefits and challenges of investing.

JA Personal Finance® allows students to experience the interrelationship between today's financial decisions and future financial freedom. To achieve financial health and wellness, they learn about money-management strategies, including earning, employment and income, budgeting, savings, credit and debt, consumer protection, smart shopping, risk management, investing, credit card usage, debt management, and net worth. (Grades 9-12) The program consists of eight 45-minute sessions with 3 additional modular sessions.
