Junior Achievement of Greater Cleveland proudly introduces the She Leads mentorship initiative, a transformative year-long program that connects 50 professional women with 50 young women in grades 7–11. This initiative is more than a mentorship opportunity—it’s a chance to shape the next generation of confident, capable leaders.
Through meaningful mentorship, She Leads empowers young women to explore their potential in college and career readiness, financial literacy, leadership development, and relationship-building. Mentors play a vital role in helping participants discover their strengths, set goals, and gain hands-on exposure to real-world opportunities. By sharing your professional journey, offering guidance, and building a genuine connection, you have the power to inspire confidence and open doors that can change a young woman’s future.
The program includes hybrid sessions, regular mentor-mentee check-ins, and a job shadowing experience that brings career exploration to life. By dedicating your time, insight, and encouragement, you will not only help shape the future of your mentee but also join a community of professional women committed to empowering the next generation.
