She Leads is a signature leadership experience from Junior Achievement of Greater Cleveland designed to inspire young women in grades 7-11 to discover their strengths, build confidence, and envision their future. Through meaningful connections with professional women mentors, participants engage in experiences focused on leadership development, career exploration, financial literacy, self-advocacy, and personal growth.
Through two in-person experiences each school year, participants build relationships with mentors, engage in hands-on career exploration, strengthen leadership skills, and gain valuable insights that help prepare them for future success in school, college, and the workplace.
