Volunteers are the "secret sauce" of our mission. Whether you're in the classroom delivering a lesson on budgeting or at one of our events sharing your entrepreneurial journey in front of hundreds of students, your presence makes our mission possible.

Our lessons in financial literacy, entrepreneurship, and work readiness are the tools we give our students to succeed, but your stories, advice, and personal connection to the students is the fuel to get them to where they want to go. So we mean it: without our volunteers, our students would have great skills but perhaps lack the inspiration to use them. We need you.

There's something for everyone! Is your company looking for a way to make in impact in the community together? Sign up for one of our JA in a Days -- half-day formatted enagagement opportunites with multiple JA lessons taught at a single school. Are you in individual with your sights on energizing middle school and high school students to own their economic success? Join us in the classroom for one our PACE lessons (Planning And Career Exploration -- in partnership with the Greater Cleveland Career Consortium). Maybe you enjoy the thrill of an event and helping us bring our experiental learning to life. We have a spot for you there, too.

JA JOB SHADOW & STUDENT SITE VISITS 

It's a simple fact: Students are what they know. Our JA Job Shadow program is not only an opportunity for students to get out of the classroom and learn through experience, but it's also an opportunity for our local students to discover their lifelong passion for the first time.
