JA Job Shadow & Student Site Visits
Our JA Job Shadow Program Combines Learning with Experience
It's a simple fact: Students are what they know. Our JA Job Shadow program is not only an opportunity for students to get out of the classroom and learn through experience, but it's also an opportunity for our local students to discover their lifelong passion for the first time.
By partnering with our local industry partners, we give our students the perspectives and opportunities they might not have had otherwise, and we give our community a pipeline of eager talent ready to enter the workforce with excitement. By being a site host to your organization, you give local high school students the chance to learn about your company, industry, and their own interests.
From fellowship programs with area partners to visiting local companies, JA students get equipped to pursue a career or start their own business.
