Grounded in research conducted by our partner Team NEO, JA Inspire aims to connect Greater Cleveland’s business community with local schools to help upper middle and high school students explore potential career paths, specifically in high-growth industries and companies in our region. Students will participate in panel and keynote presentations and meet professionals at career booths representing some of the leading organizations in Greater Cleveland to help young people understand different career paths and opportunities, as well as the steps they will need to take to achieve success in the future.
Students begin exploring careers with mostly abstract notions. Through engaging conversations with professionals in our community, students’ journeys become more focused, and they gain insights about what industries interest them, daily life at specific jobs, and the education required to successfully pursue them.
