Grounded in research conducted by our partner Team NEO, JA Inspire aims to connect Greater Clevelands business community with local schools to help upper middle and high school students explore potential career paths, specifically in high growth industries in our region 750 students will participate in panel and keynote presentations, navigate virtual exhibit booths created by some of the leading organizations in Greater Cleveland, watch short videos promoting the career paths of our sponsors and help young people understand the steps they will need to take to achieve success in the future.
Students begin exploring careers with mostly abstract notions. Through engaging conversations with professionals in our community, students journeys become more focused, and they gain insights about what industries interest them, daily life at specific jobs, and the education required to successfully pursue them.
